Withdrawal of Manuscript

  1. Authors are not allowed to withdraw submitted manuscripts, as such withdrawal constitutes a waste of valuable resources as editors and referees spend a considerable amount of time processing submitted manuscripts, and the investment made by the publisher.

  2. If authors still request withdrawal of their manuscript while the manuscript is still in the peer-review process, authors will be subject to a penalty agreement to pay an amount of Rp 200,000 per manuscript, as a withdrawal penalty to the publisher. However, it is unethical to withdraw a submitted manuscript from one journal if it is accepted by another journal.

  3. Withdrawal of manuscripts after the manuscript is accepted for publication, authors will be penalized by paying an amount of Rp 500,000 per manuscript. Withdrawal of manuscripts is only allowed after the withdrawal penalty has been fully paid to the Publisher. If authors refuse to pay the penalty, then the published manuscript will be retracted, and the authors and their affiliations will be blacklisted for publication in this journal.
